Say hello
Contact Oops, Mine Co.: One Inbox, One Answer
One inbox, answered by the person who chose the pieces. Sizing, a hunt for something you saw once, an order that needs a nudge — write and we will come back to you.
What to write about
Nothing is too small to send. A question about a waist measurement is the same to us as a question about a package that has gone quiet: one inbox, one answer, no ticket queue. Write to hello@oopsmineco.com and give us your order number if you have one, plus the name of the piece you mean — that saves us both a round of emails.
Many of the everyday answers are already written down: the FAQ covers ordering, sizing and where we are, and the shipping policy covers how orders leave us. If yours is not in there, ask us directly.
- Orders. A package that has gone quiet, a tracking link that will not open, something you need changed — start at order tracking, then write if it still looks wrong.
- Sizing and fit. Send your measurements and the piece you are eyeing from the shop. The size guide covers the general rules; we can talk you through one dress.
- Returns. Email us for an RMA number before you mail anything back. The steps, the timing and the exceptions are on the refund and returns policy page.
- Collaborations and wholesale. Stylists, small shops, anyone who wants to work with us: send the details and your note goes to the owner.
- Press. Writing about the boutique? Ask us for images, or point your readers at our story.
- Just because. A piece you are hunting for, a color you wish we carried after seeing what just landed, or a photo of you in the one you claimed on sight — an oops, mine moment we get to see.
When you will hear back
We read every note and answer in the order they arrive. Notes that land on a Saturday evening or on Sunday wait for the next morning we are open, and a question that needs a tape measure or a look at a package can take a little longer — we would rather send you the right answer than a fast one. If a few days pass with nothing from us, look in your spam folder, then write again. Sometimes the reply is the thing that goes missing.
Email is the door
Write to hello@oopsmineco.com. One inbox, read by the person who picked the pieces, so nothing gets passed along a queue. Typing out three measurements is easier than reading them down a phone line anyway, and a photo of a package problem says more than a description of it.
Sending something back? Ask for your RMA number first and the return policy has the address to post it to. A box with no number on it arrives with nothing to match it to.
Facebook is the other door. It is where we go live, show new pieces on the hanger and answer whatever gets typed into the comments; the link sits in the card above and in the footer of every page. More places to find us will appear here as they open — we would rather leave a gap than point you at an account that is not ours.
Working together
Small shops, stylists, photographers and writers: we like these notes. Send what you have in mind, the pieces or sizes you are thinking of, and any dates that matter. Wholesale questions get a straight answer — we buy in small runs from suppliers in Korea, Thailand and a few places beyond, and sell them one at a time, so tell us what you need and we will say plainly what we can and cannot do. Email us about wholesale and put your shop name in the first line. Press requests can have images and the story behind the name; just ask.
Before you write
The quick answers
Where is my order?
Start at order tracking. Put in the order number from your confirmation email and the email address you used at checkout, and it will show you where the package stands. If the page comes back empty, or the tracking has not moved in a while, write to us with that order number and we will chase it from our side.
How do I get an RMA number?
Email hello@oopsmineco.com and ask for one before you mail anything back. Returns are postmarked within seven days of the purchase date, come back in new and unused condition with the original tags on, and are refunded as store credit, less a $15 restocking fee. Some pieces cannot be returned at all. The full terms and the return address are on the refund and returns policy page — read it before you pack.
Which size should I pick?
Go by the measurements, not the letter: our pieces are bought in Korea, Thailand and a few places nearby, where sizes run smaller than US ones. When a listing has flat measurements, trust those over the letter on the tag, and the size guide shows how to measure yourself and what petite means here. Stuck between two sizes? Send us your bust, waist and hip with the piece you are looking at and we will tell you which one we would pull.
Can I come and see the clothes?
No — we are an online boutique run from Houston, Texas, with no shop floor and no fitting room. The listings are built to make up for it: flat measurements, close-ups of the fabric, a short video on the pieces we film, and a Facebook Live where things get shown on the hanger. If you are still unsure after all that, email us and we will measure the piece for you.
What should I put in my message?
Your order number if there is one, the email address you used at checkout, and the name or color of the piece you mean. For anything that arrived wrong, email us two photos — the item and the label — since the form takes text only. The more of that in the first note, the fewer times we have to write back asking, and the sooner you get an answer you can act on.

Find something yours
While you are here: new pieces land in small batches, and the list hears about them first. Leave your email and we will tell you when something arrives that is worth a second look.
